Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

• In live betting, bets may be voided due to delayed score or situation updates.

Odds & Markets

789bt reserves the right to change odds, suspend, or close markets at any time — particularly in the period just before an event begins, when odds may shift rapidly. All confirmed bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit is set for each market and event and is visible on the platform. 789bt reserves the right to adjust the bet limits for specific accounts under certain circumstances.

789bt processes all transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be forfeited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

789bt regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Specific terms and conditions apply to the use of these offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are stated alongside the offer.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be transferred to your main balance once the wagering requirements are met.
• 789bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts may be reviewed if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789bt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system using any kind of software or bot.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to 789bt's systems.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team or doing so directly from your settings.

Account Closure by 789bt

789bt reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms and Conditions violations.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violation.
